Families can apply for scholarship funds through their school. Families must be within 300% of the poverty guidelines to qualify, or 400% of the poverty guidelines for special needs students, as well as meet one of the following guidelines:
- Attended a public school in Virginia for at least one half of the immediately preceding school year;
- Be entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, or First Grade;
- Have previously received an EISTCP scholarship;
- Be transferring from out of state.
