How to Apply for a Scholarship

Families can apply for scholarship funds through their school.  Families must be within 300% of the poverty guidelines to qualify, or 400% of the poverty guidelines for special needs students, as well as meet one of the following guidelines:

• Attended a public school in Virginia for at least one half of the immediately preceding school year;

• Be entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, or First Grade;

• Have previously received an EISTCP scholarship;

• Be transferring from out of state.
