Children's Tuition Fund Missouri - Information for Parents

1. Complete the preliminary student scholarship application.  The application for the 2024-25 school year is now closed.  

                 Please note the following before completing any applications:

• • • The  CTF preliminary application must be completed prior to filing out an application through  FACTS.  This application will determine your place in line (time/date received).
    • An address with a city name is not sufficient. You must reside within the qualified city limits or within a qualifying county for MOScholars eligibility. For example, an applicant whose mailing address is related to a qualified city but does not actually live within the city limits of that qualified city is ineligible. Per RSMo. 166.710.2 “A parent, qualified student, or vendor may be disqualified from program participation if the state treasurer, or the state treasurer’s designee, finds the party has committed an intentional program violation consisting of any misrepresentation or other act that materially violates any law or rule governing the program. The state treasurer may remove any parent or qualified student from eligibility for a Missouri empowerment scholarship account.”

3. CTF MO reviews scholarship applications based on the order they were received and in compliance with state guidelines.

4. If it is determined that you would qualify based on your preliminary application, CTF MO will reach out with the next steps.

5. If contacted by CTF MO, families will have to complete an additional application through the state approved 3rd party for final approval.

6. CTF MO will notify the family of any award
