1. Complete the preliminary student scholarship application. The application for the 2024-25 school year is now closed.
Please note the following before completing any applications:

- The CTF preliminary application must be completed prior to filing out an application through FACTS. This application will determine your place in line (time/date received).
2. Add the following email address to your contact list to prevent communication emails from going to spam: Marci_Decuir@acsi.org
3. CTF MO reviews scholarship applications based on the order they were received and in compliance with state guidelines.
4. If it is determined that you would qualify based on your preliminary application, CTF MO will reach out with the next steps.
5. If contacted by CTF MO, families will have to complete an additional application through the state approved 3rd party for final approval.
6. CTF MO will notify the family of any award
