Important Year End Information:

Tax-credits MUST BE RESERVED in 2024 for the 2024 tax filing year. Reserve your tax-credits here: Tax Credit Reservation System
Do not wait to reserve your tax-credits. Tax-credits are available NOW on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: The 30-day payment window set by the MO treasurer’s office does not apply to year-end credits. Your payment must be made in 2024 to receive 2024 tax-credits, regardless of when your credits have been reserved.

- ACH payments are preferred.
- Payment must be received by December 31, 2024.
- If sending a check:
  - Date check for 2024.
  - Mail before December 31st.
  - Track your envelope to avoid holiday postal delays – we cannot guarantee proper verification if it is delayed.

Apply for MOScholar Tax-Credit Reservation. Choose ACSI Children Education Fund dba Children’s Tuition Fund MO as your designated EAO.
Receive reservation confirmation.
Make a Contribution – multiple forms of payment are accepted (check, money order, EFT). After your payment has been received it will take 10 days to verify that your payment has cleared the bank.
CTF MO will verify the contribution with the state.
Once your contribution has been verified, the Treasurer will send a tax-credit certificate for you to file with your taxes and CTF will issue a receipt letter. Please be advised that credits can’t be applied to back taxes owed. Once funds have been deposited, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive your tax-credit certificate.
