Direct State Approval

How it works:

Step 1:
Register and Apply

with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)

Step 2:
Wait for Approval

Pennsylvania DCED will mail a letter if approved

Step 2:
Make Contribution

Once approved, make your contribution (within 60 days of approval date)

Step 3:
Receipt Letter

CTF provides a receipt within 10-14 days of receiving your contribution

Step 4:
File with State

File this receipt following the instructions on page two of your approval letter to claim your credits
