Steps to Participate:

Individuals, Business Owners, or Employees of a Business

Step 1:
Complete Joinder Agreement
Sign Up!
Join a SPE to reserve your tax credit allocation
Step 2:
Make Contribution
Contribute the approved amount securely through the payment portal
Step 3:
Receive K-1
(before March 15th)
The SPE will email a K-1 tax form to file with your state taxes
Step 4:
File Taxes
Complete Schedule OC and file it together with your K-1 and your tax return ASAP or by April 15th.
Step 5:
Receive Refund
After your return is processed, you'll receive anticipated refunds with the tax credit applied (Mid-Summer to Fall)
